1) TripGift gift cards have a 36 month expiration from issuance, subject to local State & Country law and any required residual refund value for each State & Country, for full terms and conditions on currency and country of residence redemption requirements please visit https://tripgift.com/info/terms-and-conditions.aspx 2) All website content, customer service, tickets and e-Vouchers will be in English language. Gift cards & Discount/Promo Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded. 3) For quick answers and any questions regarding Gift cards and best use, please visit https://faqs.tripgift.com/ 4) The TripGift Gift Card is only redeemable directly on the TripGift website. The details of bookings once made including persons, vendors, date, length of booking, may not be changed. The total price of your booking is not confirmed until you receive a supplier booking confirmation reference. You may be required to enter a secondary payment method if the price is greater than the value of the TripGift Gift Card. Review before completing booking. You will be required to check all Terms and Conditions and Important information before completing your booking as use of the website and TripGift Gift card constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions on the TripGift website. 5) Gift cards can only be applied to a new individual reservation made in AUD by Australia based (domiciled) residents. 6) Gift cards must be used as a form of payment towards a new reservation made directly with TripGift. 7) Gift cards are valid only in AUD for all products that we have available. 8) Gift cards may be applied to a group reservation where available. 9) Gift cards may not be used towards property credit or to settle any additional unspecified Hotel, Private Tours, Airline or Car Rental charges. 10) Full payment is required at the time of booking. 11) All reservations are subject to availability. 12) Once a reservation has been made with a Gift card, normal cancellation policy and cancellation payments shall apply, subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. 13) Changes to reservations may not be permitted. 14) All Gift cards are non-refundable and not replaceable whether lost, stolen or if booking is canceled. Gift cards are not transferable. 15) Gift cards shall be void where prohibited, if used for fraudulent or illegal purposes or restricted by law and if sold for cash or other consideration and if used by non-Australia domiciled residents. 16) For processing and compliance reasons please allow a minimum five (5) days lead time from today to make any travel bookings on the website. For this reason, same day bookings cannot be supported as the lead time for Bookings and check-in is 5 days. 17) All gift cards are non-refundable, Gift cards cannot be exchanged or resold to other recipients, please see our terms and conditions of sale
